hy,
i want to change motherboard gygabyte p31es3g(775) to ga p75 d3(1155)
do i clean install of the OS windows 7 64bit after replacing the motherboard?

sorry my english not well,im from indonesian

If you having a retail version of Windows 7, replace the MB and its necessary components is all it takes.
