is zotac geforce gt 520 compatible with ga g41 m combo mobo ?

and my pc configuration is this:-
intel e2160- 3.06ghz [OC]
ram:- ddr2 1gb x 2
mobo :- gigabyte g41 m combo s series
 the problem is that when i attach this card to my mobo i get really bad graphics , something like






so i want to know what is the real problem , is it my mobo or graphic card ?
i m using a CRT monitor is it causing any problem , i think monitor got nothing to do with graphic card....plz help me
