G1.Assassin 2 'D3DComplier_42.dll is missing' error

This ones pretty strange. After installing either win7 x86 or x64 + drivers and then attempting to run Kombuster vga stress tester, it will fail to run [installs fine] and return an error 'D3DCompiler_42.dll  is missing....'   

The same cpu, ram and vga card [Gigabyte GTX680] etc. on Intel's near identical DX79SR board using the same vga driver does not have this problem.

Ahhh!! Set up again!! You need the latest dx from ms then you get the missing dll.
The reason why it worked on the Intel board is because I installed a later version from nvidia than what's posted on Gigabytes website for this card.
