Help with SM bus controller.

Hey guys i'm not really I.T savvy so had problems trying to fix this one so hope you could help
Not sure why but for the past few days I keep getting install wizard pop up for an sm bus controller and of course I don't have any disks etc to re install things so was hoping you guys could help me find the right one of the interwebs. My set up is as follows

 Microsoft xp home edition service pack 3
AMD athlon dual core 5050e
and it's a gigabyte GA-M56S-S3 motherboard. All help is appreciated  thank you.

if you go here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2607&dl=1#driver you can find your motherboard drivers but you will need to select the correct Operating System from the drop down menu.  The driver you are looking for is the NVIDIA MCP65 Chipset Driver which should resolve the issue for you.
