upgrading my cpu to the best it can run

hi all , hope this is in the right place if not please tell me where to post it.
I want to upgrade my cpu to the best available for my mobo but im confused about which is the the right compatible one for my mob.
my specs are these please help cheers.

how do I find what revision I have and what bios im running? im a bit lost with the chart and that's really why I posted here thanks in advance.

Look at the lower left corner of the motherboard for the revision number. I use cpu-z to check the bios. Google how to find it.  Here's a pic. (Work pc).

You must have a Rev 3 board. It has the FD bios. Check the lower left of the motherboard to be sure. It will be printed on the board.
 You might have to remove the side cover of the pc.

tfisher  thanks, your dead right its revision 3 on the board in the corner. so I can use any of the bios downloads that are for the revision board 3 from the downloads and as long as the cpu  is support by one of the eeg etc codes im good? cheers.

I would update to the bios needed to support the cpu before installing the new one. (FEg)

But perhaps some one with more experience might offer some insight..
