I have been having a problem for about two weeks, where my PC won't boot. I have a GA-Z68-UD4 motherboard.
Looking at the motherboard, I see that there are 4 phase led lights, from top to bottom the colours are red, orange, green, green.
I have replaced the processor but the issue is still occuring. The issue still happens when there is no other external or internal devices connected.
