Hi and welcome.
The first thing that springs to mind is that the POST code means that there is a power problem. So double check your power cables especially the 12v EPS connector near the CPU. Without that it won't boot properly. If you checked all these and everything is ok then next check to see whether the memory is compatible with the motherboard. Did you check the memory manufacturer's (Corsair's)website for the information. Their QVL should be available here:
Corsair:
http://www.corsair.com/learn_n_explore/Also make sure that the modules came as a matched set rather than two separate sticks.
If all these things are alright then I would suggest using Memtest86+ and checking the RAM for problems. Follow these instructions to do so:
Memtest86+
http://www.memtest.org/Insert
one stick of memory in
slot 1 and run Memtest on it for at least
10 complete loops/cycles and if there are no errors then swap it over with the next one and continue until you have checked all modules.
If you have any errors the module is faulty.
If you have any faulty modules you will have to return the whole kit as they are matched.
Post back when you have done that with the results.
