ATI HD4650 1GB AGP - PROBLEMS!

My English is not very well but I try to explain my problems with this graphic card. No Overdrive option i Catalyst Control Center, Fan Speed Always 0%, fan speed --RPM(GPU-Z). Is it normal? Display driver 9.11, 9.10, Windows XP. Fan working.
GV-R465D2-1GI Graphic Card.

Hey guys, NO ATI OVERDRIVE OPTION IN CONTROL CENTAR. VPU RECOVER IS LAST. MOLEX CABLE IS PROBLEM OR WHAT?

But service guy was connect with some else cable.
Probably some that I received with Chieftec 500 W power.

Problem is with old game. Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow. Splinter Cell 1 i resolve shadow-light problem. Pandora Tomorrow I can't.
Chaos Theory 1280x720 on max everything. Shader 3.0 on.
Double Agent i will try when buy memory. I need more. (1 GB DDR NOW).

fan speed - you received reply from gigabyte, right? so, no such ability 

do you connect the power to the card using the molex cable which was attached ?

tried with different power supply?

Splinter Cell Pandora - maybe download some patch from manufacturer of this game or search at ATI (AMD) support pages:

Still have molex which I got with card( on picture up). Card is connected with some other cable(Chieftec 500w power). Maybe is cable problem.

Yesterday i notice that not Smart gart option in Control Centar too. *******' ****. 3 days ago i change Agp speed. But i put on 8x(default). Now I cant change this. AAAAAAHHHRRRR. I hate computers now. Every day some other problem cant resolve all, never.
