GA-P31-ES3G Windows 8

Hi

My first post here. Hope its in the correct section!

I have checked the downloads for this motherboard and there are no Windows 8 drivers listed.

Does anyone know if they will be released? Or whether the Windows 7 drivers will work?

Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant lists ATI Audio and Realtek HD Audio and LAN as all compatible so I assume that Windows 8 contains those drivers.

But what about the chipset drivers?  Can I assume that Windows 8 will have the correct drivers too?

Hi

JIC anyone needs to know W8 has all the necessary drivers and installs just fine.

You just need the correct graphics drivers as the ones in W8 may not get you the correct resolution and acceleration but the advisor tells you that anyway.
