I submitted a support ticket for this issue on the 25th Nov. I have as yet had no reply, the ticket status simply states "processing". I find 4 working days to reply to support ticket unacceptable and may just DSR the faulty card. If I leave it any longer my DSR 7 day period expires tomorrow and with no response from Gigabyte I am afraid I could be left with this card unfixed.
I consider a card that has a 50% fan speed at idle faulty and unacceptable.
