MSQ77DI - mosfet heatsink?

Hi

I noticed this mosfet heatsink on MDQ77DI, which (unlike Intel's board)  blocks 2 of 4 of possible ways how to mount HTS1155LP (including a most space efficient one for horizontal chassis).  Any plans of fixing this?
