First put your ram at 1600. Make sure your timings are at •Timing 10-11-10-30 and it is set at 1.5. Make sure ram is in same colored slot. Now in bios set it to unganged and then hit F10 then enter to save and exit. If it boots up you are on the right track.
Now go into bios and set it to 1866 and hit F10 and enther to save and exit and see if it starts. If it does problem solved, If not you might have to put it back to 1600 and run it till you find a solution you can always try the other 2 slots my recommendation is use slots 2 and 4 for all this.
