GA-MA790X-UD4P F9 bios settings?

After pressing  control and F1 while in the bios there are some other settings.
They include the settings listed here.
PCIE_16_1 Gen2 speed mode
PCIE_8_1 Gen2 speed  mode
PCIE_1 Gen2 speed mode
PCIE_2 Gen2 speed mode
GFX7 Gen2 speed mode
GFX9 Gen2 speed mode
Does anyone know what they do or control?

You could try tech services,
Have you had a look in the manual,
Looking at some of my settings available is like a witches cauldron, black arts section indeed my motto is
if it don't work, but is moving use wd 40, if it don't move use a hammer!
