Hi there, i am breand from the Netherlands.
I have a mouse, not for long, since 6 months give and take a few weeks.
It is the M 6980 laser gameing mouse.
And it drives me mad/'crazy'.
I have to click not 1, but 2, 3 or even four times sometimes, before my windows 8 pro (programs under that asswell) gets a real click.
In other words, the mouse does not click well. And especially the left main button. The right main button has it to, but not so often as the left one.
Now, i hope
(since my logitech G 5 did not had this, not even after 3 years before i stepped on it...)
it is just a weird place dirt has built up.
Is it possible and simple to take the mouse apart, clean click contact point, and close-up again?
How? (I see no screws)
Glad i had a backup, but that is a real 3 button mouse, not the best for my monthley BF 2124 or BF3 gameing evening.
Update: i have removed the mouse drivers and hardware to try it in another usb port, since i have an usb 3.0 ports motherboard.
With my simple mouse i removed all mouses and just reconnected my M6980
Is it correct it right away showes up in the hardware list -3- (three!) times as a 'HID-mouse' ??
