Has run for 15 months.
A couple of days ago it failed to start up - the fans rotated for about a second, then stopped. After about a 5 second delay they started again, and again stopped after a second. This went on, apparently indefinitely, until I switched it off.
The processor, memory and power supply have been tested in an alternative motherboard, working satisfactorily.
The supplier insists that I contact Gigabyte before an RMA can be issued for the motherboard, so if anyone has any idea how I can proceed I'd be grateful.
The Gigabyte site will only accept queries with all fields filled - if it won't start at all I can't ascertain the Bios revision or any other 'required' information.
