The 32-bit no problem. If it recognizes.

My computer is new.

Corsair Vengaence  2x4gb 1600
Ati Radeon 7850

HDD 500gb sata3 Seagate

Any suggestions?? any help?

Go into BIOS and switch to IDE mode.
With this mobo is the way to go.
Make sure you install the HDD into the first 4  SATA connectors. The last 2 ports are meant for Optical units.
After you switch to IDE you will see in BIOS on which SATA connector is the HDD connected.

Also keep in mind there are Seagate drives with issues ,needing new firmware  ,make sure it s not one of those.
Get some Western Digital  HDD to test with .The Blue series with 1TB capacities are excellent.

Thanks for responding.

The strange thing is that 32bit windows if I recognize ...
But not in 64bits ..
the bios and windows 32 .. perfect.
The problem is in Windows 64.
This in ide mode and the   first sata connector and assume that the technician ready to leave I only installed the operating system. :-\
