I/O Shield Damaged

I recently purchased a GA-Z77-DS3H and was fitting it to the case and the process of getting the board into the I/O Shield was very difficult. To cut a long story short, I have lost most of the metal fins from the I/O Shield. I would like to source a replacement I/O Shield. I have dropped a general note to Gigabyte but is there a specific parts email address I should use?

It's the last thing I need to get going!

I running without I/O shield (still new in the box)..........at least is better ventilation.
