hi all

im about to buy a new computer and my old gigabyte gave me a good work for years.

now, i read about GA-E7AUM-DS2H who can works with a Quad intel CPU and i see Hybrid-SLI

the Hybrid-SLI can low the watts consume??
if i put a 260gt slave graphic card, can be disabled with Hybrid-SLI when i stay in windows or Msn chat and working with IGP?

i know this system works fine with AMD plattaforms, but i need to know if this system works with intel CPU

Hybrid SLI consists of 2 technologies : GeForce Boost  & HybridPower.

GA-E7AUM-DS2H is based on nVidia GeForce 9400 chipset therefore supports only GeForce Boost Technology, so you can't lower power consumption under some tasks which you mentioned.
