is g1610 compatible with h61 chipset based mobos?

I'm interested in  H61N-D2V in particular. On the supported CPUs list it does not mention it but this i assume it's a mistake, after all it supports other iby bridge processors

No it isn't a mistake because that CPU was just release this yr. The latest bios is back in 12/2012. It is a 22nm CPU and it might work.

But do you take that chance that it might not too. Yes it does support a lot of the iby CPU's. It should work but they might have not updated the list.

They might have to do a bios update for that CPU too. I would call Gigabyte to make sure too.
