Gigabyte windforce hd7950 and Gigabyte z68ap-d3 rev 2.0

Today I bought a Gigabyte HD7950 windforce and connect it to my Gigabyte z68ap-d3 rev. 2.0 motherboard with an Intel i5-3570k cpu.
The problem is that although the system powers on, it will not boot. No beep, no display nothing. With the integrated hd 4000 I had no problem at all booting and working.
I've tried  resetting bios and loading defaults with no luck.
Is there any reports of compatibility issues between these hardware parts?

My pc consists of:
Motherboard: Gigabyte z68ap-d3 rev. 2.0 ( Latest available bios version: Ua5)
Cpu: Intel I5-3570k
Ram: Kingston ddr3 1600mhz
PSU: Chieftech 750W

Solved.
I thought that I had the latest BIOS update ( Ua5 ) but there was a newer one ( Ua9 ). After updating to newer bios everything worked fine.
