Flashing motherboard power switch

Flashing motherboard power switch
« on: September 13, 2013, 02:26:54 pm »
Does anyone know what a flashing motherboard power switch could mean?
Normally it's on constantly. when it flashes the machine won't boot even the fans don't spin up and the led panel doesn't light.
It was doing the same on Wednesday but ok last night and this morning. I switched off the psu power switch and now it's doing it again. ???

I know the flashing switch is trying to tell me something but I haven't found any info on it.

Thanks
