GA-X79-UD3 problems with Gtx Titan(asus)

hi

I'm having this problem with the GTX TITAN (asus)
when i plug it in and start up the PC it gets stuck on the
MoBo splash screen tho it have no problems with the old GFX with is a Evga 460 SE.

and Bios is at 11F

so help  :-\

Try BIOS F12t.
