HELLO

so ihave gigabyte ep45 extreme cpu : quad-core Q9500 that wont boot 

Motherboard is getting power, but no fans spin and wont start up.

i have tried every thing i changed the psu changed ram , CPU.. everything

in the Motherboard there is a built in switch on/off when i plug my PC on ,the light in the switchthats turn on (blue color) so  my mb is getting power

any one what is the problem?

Was the computer running? If so try and take the battery out and jump out the cmos and leave it sit for few hours.

Plus unplug the power from the computer too. Put everything back and try than it.
