GA-EX58-UD4 Restart Loop at Win7 logo!!!

I have installed Windows 7 64bit several time and with odfferent verisons. What happens is the Windows logo shows then just before the desktop pops up it restarts and loops again and again.

I have done the following.

Mem test, no error
New GPU 5850 and 5870.
New HDD, WD 1TB and 640
New RAM G.skill and OCZ 1600 Mhz, no errors on both.
New sata cables.
Made the ram volts 1.6-1.64 and the Mhz to 1600.
The ram is rated at 1.65 but bios shows that 1.64 is red line.
Turned off virtulization
turned off turbo ram mode
turned off turbo on the CPU.
Made the Uncore to 3200Mhz 24x
Made the QPI/VTT to 1.35v, have tried lower settings
ICH Core 1.14 and 1.2v
QPI PLL & IOH 1.2 and 1.18-1.24v
Manually set the timing on all 3 sticks of RAM to OCZ manufacturers settings of 9-9-9-24.

Not sure if the Mobo is not 100% or something else.

Installed windows 7 64bit ultimate 3 times off USB and DVD, no avail, same error.

The werid thing is that Windows install fine everytime, smooth and stuff.

RAM OCZ30B1600LV6GK PC312800 Model number

Timings 9-9-9 @ 1.65 V

PSU is a Zalman 750Watt Modular. More than enough juice.

Im going to swap out the CPU for another i have that works. Also try another PSU tonight. Im leaning to either mobo or CPU at this stage as ive exhausted almost everything with RAM timings and setting to suit.

Mobo is Bios F6 latest without going Beta, but thats for gulftown cpus.

Hi,

Have you tried just installing one Ram chip and trying with just that?
I had an issue with my motherboard when I tried to put in more ram than it could cope with (Motherboard can only have 2 DS Ram chips and I was putting in 4) Bios would load and then get to windows 7 then reboot.

Try that then let us now.
