GA-EX58-UD5 (rev. 1.0): XBOX360 Wake On Lan (WOL) Issue

Anyone out there have experience using their EX58 UD5 Rev1 computer as a Win8 media center?  I am (among other uses).

Yesterday I tried to put my PC to sleep, then allow my XBOX360 media center to wake the PC.  I :

• ensured that I have Windows set to allow the NICs to wake up the computer
  put computer to sleep
  turn xbox on, enter media center mode
  Computer wakes up
  xbox reports it cannot connect

So...the wake on lan is apparently working, but then it doesn't have connectivity?  Not sure where to go next.  Ideas?
