What Are Dangerous Temps?

I'm running the UD5H with the i7 3770K CPU.
What are the dangerous temps for Core1-4?

Hi Rayj00,  

Around 77 Watt.

If you have a heatsink like a Noctua product... this is the best.

Another idea, having or buy a air conditioning in the room where are the computer.
Is good for you and a computer. Is not expensive.

If you are getting above 60c than I would look at a better cooler.

Most boards  have a safety feature that if you get to hot it shut down or reboot.

Most of mine run at about 30 to 35c. Plus if you are putting on to much paste it will do the samething.

Most people misunderstand what the paste is really for. The paste to fill in the little cracks in the metal on the CPU & heatsink.

If you don't put paste on the air will get hot in the cracks and cause the temps to go up.
