Hi Dina,  ;)

Welcome to forum,

The file with the extension. Exe must be decompressed.
So we must be Windows mode, in your usual session.

You must click on the exe file. Using the mouse.
It will unzip to a folder.
Remember where it is.

Go there, copy the contents of the file in the floppy disk.

Check that the same content is there. Compare the file and floppy disk well.

If everything is the same. You can restart and follow the procedure for Flashing the BIOS.

Suffice to say ( Simply indicate) at the right time, where the bios file is decompressed.

If you need further explanation, come back here before anything.

Why not use a Usb key? Plug in USB_2 Port.  Not use type UsB3 port.

Otherwise:

In Bios, choose Load Optimized Defaut
Reboot after
Return in Bios
check  this parameters:

USB Controllers
Enables or disables the integrated USB controllers. (Default: Enabled)
Disabled will turn off all of the USB functionalities below.

USB Legacy Function
Allows USB keyboard to be used in MS-DOS. (Default: Enabled)

USB Storage Function
Determines whether to detect USB storage devices, including USB flash drives and USB hard drives
during the POST. (Default: Enabled)

Set all on Enabled.

Check in manual page 43

http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-h55m-s2_e.pdf

EDIT:
When you flashed the BIOS did you disable the Keep DMI Data option on the QFlash mainpage ?
It is important do not choose keep DMI Data. So disabled it.

Τhe problem started after power failure due to lightning.  I thougth after flashing bios it would be ok but it has problem. Maybe lightning damaged motherboard ?

Shut down your computer.

Wait a time ... like 5min...

In waiting time, unplug a computer

Purge a button power on front case.

At the end of time ....

Plug a computer

Plug your Usb device....

Restart a computer

Check if now is better situation  or no....

EDIT: In bios , put Legacy Usb storage detect at Enabled.
check your manual...

Have you make a Clear CMOS?
check in manual for instructions....

Come here , for give a news...

I did that you wrote me twice, after that computer did 3 restarts and message an error-->  Warning: MAIN BIOS CHECKSUM ERROR!

Still usb stick could not be found to flash bios.

I clear CMOS with a jumper and tried third time the above and i have the same results.  Sad

put usb pendrive before powering the system
then you would be able to use q-flash utility inside bios setup to upgrade/flash the bios
