Z87-D3HP - UEFI broken?

F4 BIOS

It wont run my grub2 efi on my ssd /EFI/boot/bootx64.efi. It wont run Shellx64.efi on my usb flash drive either whether it's store in the root directory, or EFI\ or EFI\boot\ .

In UEFI bios, the UEFI drives DO LIST as "UEFI: Corsair Neutron GTX SSD" or "UEFI: Patriot Memory PMAP" or whatever flash device it may be, in my case this was what it was.

As soon as you enter any of these UEFI devices under Boot Override, the screen flashes a blank screen for a second then returns to the BIOS nearly as if it failed to load. So what's going on here? I've googled and read everything there is to read.

I've tried a complete combination of "Other OS/Windows 8/Windows 8 WHQL / Secure Boot Disabled/Enabled, Fast boot disabled"
Nothing works.

What is going on here? I'm starting to doubt this is an issue on my end but more of something related to the UEFI BIOS. There isn't even a UEFI shell within for me to diagnose issues.

Can gigabyte get back to me fast, there's a timeframe for me to complete this.
