The temps are kind of high in my opinion ,but we can t know if they are right
I am using a 5600K with a A 75 chipset (see signature) and the reported temperatures go to 56 Celsius overclocked to 4,0 Ghz CPU Turbo /3,8Ghz base ,NB at 2200Mhz and video depending on the needs to even 930Mhz.Temps are steady and very low in idle, in both XP or W7.
I have observed strange behavior ,by default ,with the Gigabyte board and i had to put LLC on medium. There was a lot of voltage oscillation and was easily hitting 1,5 or more instead of 1,475V with Auto setting.
I have also installed a Cooler Master TX 2 copper heat pipe 125W TDP CPU cooler on it.
There may be a problem with the BIOS settings and internal sensor readings in your case.
Try fiddle with the LLC settings and see what happens.
You should be able to reach nice overclocks with that APU and performance increase is really touchable in games ,COH 2 for example.
It will also run BF BC2 art 1920X1080 on max details but with minimum AA and AF settings. You can change the shared RAM amount to 2 Gigs
Most probable there are some glitches with the BIOS ,mine needed a F5 to be somehow ok but still needs optimizations from Gigabyte.
Maybe you should ask Gigabyte for a newer BIOS.
LE: the APU temperature you show may be the CPU VRM one in fact and the motherboard the APU one.
Touch the APU heatsink when in load ,if it s warm but not excessive the APU temp is ok.
