GA-Z87X-UD5H try to boot multiple times

hi! i've just updated my rig with an GA-Z87X-UD5H + i7 4770k (ram: G.Skill f3-12800cl7d-4gbrm 7-8-7-24 1.6v)
I have a question: sometimes when i power on/reboot my pc before the os (windows Cool load sometimes i see the boot process (GIGABYTE LOGO) multiple times, it is normal?  Huh

if win8, it may be normal.
