I'm trying to get WOL to work but having some problems. I enabled ERP in the bios and followed this guide

I was able to wake the computer up from sleep mode; however, I can't seem to wake up the computer from a complete shutdown. I notice the LED light to the NIC is not on when my computer is shutdown, could that be the problem? Can some please chime in and shed some light?
