Hi juan2013,  ;)

Welcome to forum,

About a large hard disk or SSD....

The situation are complexe. What is your OS?
Like Windows Seven Ultimate 64 bits with Service Pack 1.... So describe, please....

Normaly the Bios recognize a Hard Drive formated with partition less 2.2To.

So you have a possibility to make a partitions less 2.2 To.

Or formated a large Hard Drive like more 2.2To ... With a GPT mode for format.

Hello Gloup_Gloup  :)

Thank you!!

Actuality I use Windows Vista 64 Bit with Service Pack 2

The Bios version is F4

When I mounted the actual Hard Drives of 1 TB  I did a format using the Windows Vista disc, single partition and everything works fine.

I think mount the Hard Drive of 3 TB and give it format with  Windows Vista disc with a single partition.

That will work?

Thanks

Hi juan2013,  ;)

I think for your situation about Hard Drive of 3 TB...
You have a obligation to make a partition...

One 2To and other 1To or
2 x 1.5To by exemple....

So no partition more higher 2.1To
