GA-B75M-D3H rev 1.1 BIOS F13: default BCLK not 100

I've just re-built may backup PC with these core parts:

GA-B75M-D3H rev 1.1 with BIOS F13
2x 4GB Corsair DDR3  1333 1.5v (runs at
Celeron G540


The system appears stable in both Windows 7 and Linux, but I have questions about some of the BIOS settings.  Apart from setting the time & date,  SATA to AHCI, BIOS to "Legacy only" and adjusting the boot order,  everything was left at default. 

Question one: the BCLK defaults to 99.78MHz.  Can I manually raise  it to 100MHz and keep  the system stable?

Question two: RAM voltage defaults to 1.512V.  Does the RAM really need to be over 1.5v?  Can I manually set this to 1.5V without problems?

Question three: the CPU Vcore appears to range between 0.936v and 1.176V according to CPUID HWMonitor.  Is that OK, or can the Vcore be lowered slightly?

I put this together in a bit of a hurry at the weekend, and after years of using AMD kit was a bit surprised to find the base clock was not reported as 100MHz. 

After looking around on the web I see this is what you'd expect, it's common on various gigabyte boards from H61 upwards, and on other makes.  So is this just  inaccuracy in the reported value by the BIOS, or a flaw in Intel chipsets which cannot maintain 100Mhz ?  No one seems bother about it, I found no obvious explanation on the Internet.  Guess I'll forget about it 

The F13 BIOS on this board doesn't match the manual.  You can't change the BLCK.  The value of Vcore does drop 0.84v when running Linux without a monitor attached, so that's OK.
