Question about OS - GA-H87-HD3

Hello,

I want to buy a new mobo.
Reading the GA-H87-HD3 manual it's said it supports Windows 7 and 8.
Does this mean I can't use Windows Vista with this motherboard -which I got-?? or that it supports W7 y 8 besides other Windows?
