Hi my partner has recentley sent a HD7970 card for RMA the card got extremley hot and the pc shut down now Gigabyte have refused RMA saying the card was bent. I know that a lot of newer cards bend in the pc due to the length and weight of the heatsink added to this the heat from the card.I am sure this is what has happened there is no other damage anywhere on the card so how can they refuse RMA
