Ati radeon x1550 windows won't start

Windows won't start after i put my ati radeon x1550 pci-express card!
windows xp sp3
Gigabyte vm900m motherboard

It doesn't even show that windows xp screen, it just reboots before that!
I don't know what to do!

go to the safe mode and uninstall the driver pf the card the restart your pc when you get to the windows install the latest ati driver
