Hi asif565, ;)

You have:

GA-G41MT-ES2L (rev. 1.3)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3471#ov
or
GA-G41MT-ES2L (rev. 1.1)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3422#ov
or
GA-G41MT-ES2L (rev. 1.0)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3248#ov

Check in the manual :
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_maunal_ga-g41mt-es2l_v1.1_e.pdf
page 3 , for How to find a Revision

It is possible that the usb keyboard does not work well in the USB port you have chosen.

Have you tried all USB ports?

If you have a PS / 2 keyboard, try, it is quite possible that this is the only solution.

When your arrive in bios, make a Load Optimised Default.
And check if your cpu have a 2.60 Ghz.
