I dont change the uncore Multi in bios but when i change the CPU multi the Uncore auto ocs it self to 4000

this caused me some issues tryin to satblize an oc above 4.5 GHz untill i noticed the uncore was automaticly bumped to 4000 in windows

so i raised the ring voltage to 1.15 and all of a sudden i could stablise my oc which wasnt stabe with exponetial increaes in vcore

i was beging to think i wouldnt be able to get my chip past 4.5GHz until i noticed it

is this behaviour normal?

how can i stop the uncore from automaticly ocing?

setting the uncore to 36 stops this

still is anoying if for some reason you wanted a uncore of 3500
