Good morning everyone can someone please tell me the latest BIOS for my GA-MA790-UD4H, i currently am at F3, if there is a update where do i get it from, and whats the best way to update my bios.

Assuming that your Mobo is actually the GA-MA790GP-UD4H (rev 1.0) you can download the latest bios from here:
http://www.giga-byte.co.uk/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=3003
The best way to install is by using the QFlash utility.

yes my MB is GA-MA790GP-UD4H (rev 1.0) currently the bios is F3 , according to your link the current bios is F7A, do i have to do incremental bios updates or can i go from F3 to F7A without the F5 and F6 bios updates ?

You can go straight to F7a if you want but note that F7a is a beta version and might not have everything a later update will include or it might have features that won't be included in later update.
Might be safer to gto F6 and wait a couple of weeks to see what happens.
