ErP on GA-B75M-D3H mobo

Hello everyone,
I have mounted to ma PC a GA-B75M-D3H mobo (which is compatible with ErP directive) connected to Be quiet! Pure Power L8 350W PSU which also is compatible with ErP 2013 dirctive. I expected that my computer will consume less than 0.5W in S5 (shut-down) state and imagine me how I was supprised when I saw 13W on the power meter which was connected to my computer :o
In BIOS ErP is Enable so it should work but it doesn't! What is more it doesn't matter whether ErP option in bios is Enable or Disable- power meter always shows 13W when computer is turned off.

Can anyone explain me what is wrong with this mobo? Why it consumes so much energy when computer is off though it should consumes less than 0.5W? Does the motherboard compatible with ErP Lot 6?

I have been do some reading on this it sounds like something is connected that is causing the problem.

Yes all Mb will draw some power they are made to do that because when you boot you will not be booting a cold boot.

They leave some power running so it will be quicker at boot time. I know this feature should work, but I won't go there with Gigabyte.
