No sound when playing films, or mp3s!
I have just a bare motherboard - no case, or front panel or built in speakers. Just bought 2 genius sp s110 speakers and connected the jack to the green socket on m/b. Enabled on board audio in the bios, and installed the realtec stuff from the CD. Still nothing!
When I run the realtek audio stuff (in control panel) it says 'no audio devices connected'. What to I need to do to run the speakers when I play mp4 or mp3? Anything I can enable?
Any ideas welcome. Any diagnostic steps I can try?
