I’m having an issue getting a ZU-800B to work with a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3. If I hook another power supply to the motherboard it works fine. If I attach all other devices to the problem power supply then jump PWRON and common everything is powered, but if I attach the power supply to the motherboard and try to boot it I get no response. The only difference I can find between a working PSU and this PSU is the PWRON pin on the working PSU puts out a constant 4.4V. On the ZU-800B this pin puts out a constant 5.1V. Is this the cause? Can the motherboard not deal with 5.1 instead of 4.4? Any other ideas would be helpful. Ive already RMA’d this PSU and mobo twice thinking I had duds. Ive bread boarded, ran with only 1 stick of memory alternating, etc. All the normal tests and I cannot find any problems other than the voltage difference
