GIGABYTE GA-P55-USB3 won't boot ...

I start computer i get text :
 loading operating system
Boot from CD/DVD
then nothing happens.

If I press reset then windows starts also if I go to bios setup or boot menu after that windows starts ..

really strange ?

I have updated bios with @bios

4gb 2+2 / Windows7 / samsung HD103sj / i5 /

in first cold boot I get any text, when i shut down and start again then i get the text ?
