Setting Ram Timing

Hi Guys

I should Warn I am New to this - setting Memory timing

System Spec
Motherboard = G1.Sniper 5 intel socket 1150
Intel intel i7 4770k
GTX 770 Graphics
1 TB Hard drive

Question I have purchased Kingston Technology XMP Beast Series 16GB 2400MHz DDR3 CL11 DIMM model No KHX24C11T3K2/16X

in order for me to get bandwidth speeds of 2400MHZ

I need set Ram to:

 below is 3 list I am looking at (D3-2400 latency Timing = CL11-13-13  voltage 1.65V) Now I have thought about using the
Extreme Memory Profile to Set the Memory as its easy way doing this

XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
• XMP Profile #1: D3-2400 CL11-13-13 @1.65V
• XMP Profile #2: D3-2133 CL11-13-13 @1.60V
• JEDEC: DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9 @1.5V

Question has any one with Experience doing this on Motherboard  G1.Sniper 5 and is there any other hardware frequency that i need to week to get stable performance (is it Purly Ram that i need to Tweak and what's best way to do this)
