Try stay with in these specs. Any thing over DDR3 1066 or DDR2 800 you will have to over clock the memory. DDR3 1333(O.C.) & DDR2 1066(O.C.). Plus going to faster memory you will really not see a speed boost either. Plus if you can get the 1600 to run. It still might only run maybe 1333.
