Undervolting Phenom II X4 945 on GA-MA78GM-S2H (rev.1.0)

Replaced my X2 4050e with a Phenom II X4 945 and want to lower stock voltages.
With the X2 4050e I could do it via the BIOS but that isn't possible anymore
So now I use AOD and got it to 1.1375V fot both the cpu vid and the nb vid.
Computer runs SoB 24/7.
Do I need to lower the one before the other ? It seems I have to lower the nb vid first.
NB Core says 1.1V / Memory VDDQ says 1.8V. I have 2Gb Kingston ValueRAM KVR800D2N5K2/1G
Any suggestion for lowering power consumption is welcome.

To set the voltages, timings etc., in BIOS you use the MB intelligent tweaker ( MIT) You will need to set System Voltage Control to manual to unlock them.
I have found it is always better to make these changes in BIOS rather than through software applications as they are applied at start-up before loading OS. I have also discovered that there are no hard and fast rules that can be applied across machines and often the only way of finding your own optimum settings is to tweak and test.
