GA-Z87X-OC LGA 1150 Fails to Boot with memory in Slot 4 (closet to processor)

i7-4771 Haswell
Crucial ballistic 8G DDR3 ( 4 sticks)
Boots fine with memory in slots 1, 2 or 3 in any combination) but as soon as memory is added to slot 4 fails to boot and error message 15
Same message if memory in slot 4 by itself or any time added to memory in other slots
Brand new build
windows 7 Ultimate
no video card
checked motherboard saw no bend pins
made sure fan was not tight on motherboard
PC runs great and boots fine except when memory in slot 4
Also update bios to latest version

Try and update to the latest bios. If that doesn't help than you have a bad memory slot.

Thanks updated bios same problem
