Can't find utilities on OS, Download them from gigabyte website, and nothing

Hi, I wanted to know where can I find my gigabyte utilities I download them from here http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4488#utility

I installed them and when I try to find them on windows 8.1, there's nothing, plus I have 8.1 OS I can't use the cd that came with my Motherboard, any ideas?

these are my specs:

i5 4670k cpu, GA-Z87X-UD4H Mobo, EVGA Supernova 750w PSU,G.skill, Ripjaws X 2133 Mhz,Seagate Barracuda 2TB

If looking for a Icon it will be in start. It should be in a group under Gigabyte. If the screen Apps by Category doesn't come up. Then click on the little arrow at the bottom left of the screen.
