Windows XP Pro with GA-990FXA-UD5 Rev 3 does not see USB stick

Strange problem since building a system with a GA-990FXA-UD5 and Windows XP Pro...
When I plug in either of my Sandisk Cruzer Edge 16Gb sticks, Windows show them as unknown file system and shows them as having nothing on them.
They worked ok in my XP Pro PC with a GA-990FXA-UD3.
Is there a bios setting to change to enable them to work?

What file system are they.
XP needs an update to see extFAT formated sticks.
