Hi,

Firstly if you have overwritten your card's original BIOS with the wrong one there is a great chance that the card will fail to work at all let alone properly. You should double check which original firmware it was running and which you have installed in error possibly! Find the correct file and try to install this if you can.

In the second part of your question you mention using CPU-Z for information. This is wrong and you need to use GPU-Z instead.

Sorry I can't be more helpful here but there are just too many unknowns at the moment.

I hope this is of some help. Normally the BIOS/frimware version for a graphics card are numbered differently from those on a motherboard. For example F1 -F9 is a set of files for one revision of a GPU and then F10 - F19 are for a seperate revision of the card so don't assume that just because the card has the same model number that all firmware files listed will be appropriate for that card. The BIOS versions  on the GPUs are a bit confusing. If the original was F12 then the upgrade from that would be F13, if it was F23 the upgrade would be F24 etc, just make sure that you use the same denary sequence.
